Angelo Dello was an Italian mobster and an enforcer in Pete Clemenza's Gang.
Biography[]
Dello was hired as an enforcer for the Corleones in 1945, working under the command of Soldato Paulie Gatto. He was friends with Arturo Donato, an associate in the family. His base was in Little Italy, far from the home territory of Brooklyn, and was confused about Peter Clemenza's operations back at home, and was confused where Paulie Gatto was, before finding out that he was sick from Donato. He told Fredo Corleone, who in turn became Vito Corleone's driver instead.
Dello remained loyal to Clemenza until 1958, when Clemenza died. Afterwards, he was kidnapped by Carmine Rosato, who had him shot point-blank in the forehead by his soldier Clyde Lando.
