Bloods gang

Bloods enforcers

The Bloods are a gang that are predominantly African-American, although some Samoans, whites, Hispanics, and Asians are members and are famous for their feud with the Crips. They were friendly with the People Nation, some sets of the Nortenos, the Latin Kings, and Juggalos, while they were rivals of the Folk Nation and some sets of the Surenos. They have (and will always) hate the Crips.

History[]

The Bloods gang were founded in 1972 by African-American teenagers who wanted to rise up from their poor community in Compton and become successful people. They were founded by the Piru Street Families when they broke off from the Crips and formed the "Bloods Alliance". Some of the people left the Bloods and formed an independent Piru gang while the remaining became known as the Bloods. They spread out from Compton and had chapters in all states, as well as some parts of Canada, and some operated in the US Army in overseas bases.

The initiation was a slashing during a robbery, which was found out after repetition many times. The Bloods are primarily African-American males, but some females are used to carry guns, drugs, or prositute themselves to make money for their "set", while some other ethnicities are a part of the gang.

In 2014, the Bloods set in Union City, New Jersey announced that they would kill a police officer every day after a robbery at a Wahlgreen's store left New Jersey Police Department officer Melvin Santiago dead.
