Boolie "the Buns" Bonnard was the proprietor of Boolies Bakery in Little Italy. She paid protection money to the Cuneo crime family until 1945, when the Corleone crime family took over.
Biography[]
Bonnard was the owner of Boolies Bakery in Little Italy, and the Cuneo crime family forced her to pay protection money. She was also the front of Ralphie Finkerelli's cigar smuggling racket in her basement. In August 1945 Aldo Trapani forced the both of them to pay the Corleone crime family instead.
