Doroteo Penso, like Eterie Porchia, was one of the Corleone underbosses that ran crews in Hell's Kitchen. A frontline commander of the Five Families War, Penso was one of the men who were responsible for combatting the Cuneo crime family and the other rival families, defending Corleone conquests in the neighborhood from the rival families.
