Emilio Barzini, Jr. was the youngest of three son of Emilio Barzini and youngest brother of Alejandro Barzini and Bernardino Barzini, and Underboss of the Barzini crime family, under the tutelage of Domenico Mazza, the Consigliere. At his funeral in 1954, Barzini was gunned down.
Biography[]
Barzini was born in Midtown to Emilio Barzini, Sr. and Maria Cortada, a one of mistresses of Emilio Barzini, Sr.. Barzini became Underboss in 1938 and became friendly with Domenico Mazza, a promising lawyer and Consigliere to his father. Barzini was not really involved in the war, rather managing the rackets while the Caporegimes Pietro Testa, Big Bobby Toro, and Giovanni Armanno managed the warfare against the Corleone crime family.
Death[]
After Mazza's funeral at the church in Midtown, Barzini was one of the Barzinis talking outside. He was killed when his car was blown up by Corleone Underboss Aldo Trapani.
