Filipp Makarovich was an associate of the Bulgarin crime family.
Biography[]
Filipp Makarovich was an associate of Ray Bulgarin, and in 2008 he accompanied him to Ward's Island to ambush Niko Bellic and Patrick McReary as they did a diamond deal with Tony Prince and Luis Lopez. When Niko refused to give Ray the diamonds, Makarovich was ordered to gun down Niko and Packie. Makarovich was shot dead by Niko with a Carbine Rifle, and Niko and Packie escaped.
