Drug dealer making a deal
The Holly Grove Gang were a predominantly-black drug gang based in New Orleans' Holly Grove neighborhood. The gang dealt with cocaine and marijuana, imported from Jamaica and Mexico, and were strong in the city until Frank Belushi sent his Caporegimes and Soldati on a string of hit contracts to eliminate every drug gang from 1993 to 2002.
