James Scaleri was a Enforcer/Underboss of the O'Donnell Mob also the younger brother of Carlos Scaleri, twin brother of Ray Scaleri and older brother of Earl Scaleri. The two brothers were assassinated in 1948. James was alongside his older brother Ray Scaleri.
Biography
James and his brothers Carlos Scaleri, Ray Scaleri and Earl Scaleri were born brothers in Chicago, Illinois in 1900, 1905 and 1910. The four became mob enforcers under the Chicago Outfit's O'Donnell Mob puppets, and worked as hitmen for boss Patrick O'Donnell. In the 1940s they served a jail sentence for their murders before they headed to New York City with the family. When they were released, they planned to get revenge for the murder of Patrick by Aldo Trapani.
