Jermaine Andrews is an African-American gangster who is the leader of the M.O.B. gang in the Ocean Hill projects in Brooklyn, running Pay and Sprays for the gangs there.
Biography[]
Andrews was linked to African American gangs in the Ocean Hill projects, working at the Pay and Spray on Gibson Street in Brooklyn, and was believed to be involved in several recent low priority hijackings in the South Brooklyn area, as well as drug dealing. He was under tight surveillance after being arrested three times: in 1997 for grand theft auto, 1998 for hijacking, and 2004 for possession of stolen property. In 2008, he was nearly captured in a drug bust by the NYPD at his apartment on Masterson Street, and was safely driven away by his associates, and is currently in hiding.
