Lia "Lili" Galicia was a Los Zetas street enforcer who was responsible for the strong-arming of several drug dealers in the city of Mazatlan. He was known well by the Sinaloa Cartel's associates for forcing their clients to defect to the LZT organization and Galicia was shot three times in the back while eating some oranges at a market.
