Mafia hierarchy
A Soldier or Soldato is the first "made man" rank in the Mafia. A Soldier is a part of a crew led by a Capo. Soldati/Soldiers can only be of one race, depending on which Mafia they serve; the Italian Mafia's Soldati can only be Italian, and sometimes, can only be from the region within Italy from which the family originated. The job of a Soldato is to be a lethal enforcer, one that can be kept around until the boss wants him done with, or if somebody consults the man's boss and gives a good reason to kill him. Soldati are generally used to attack businesses, reinforce fronts, collect debts, and other odd jobs, while Caporegimes are the link between the boss and Soldato, Underbosses are usually heirs, and Consiglieri are just advisers. Soldati are in charge of crews of associates and enforcers.
