Two-Face's Gang is a criminal syndicate located in New York City, founded by Harvey Dent, a former district attorney nicknamed "Two-Face" due to half of his face melting due to fire. Dent was driven insane and created a powerful criminal organization that operated in the city at first, and later was relocated to the "Arkham City" haven for all inmates with the goal of elimination of the convicts. The gang was weakened relatively early when Selina Kyle, a cat burglar with the alias of "Catwoman", beat and trapped Two-Face in the Solomon Wayne Courthouse, his base, and many of his men joined other gangs.
