The West Coast Posse are an African-American street gang that control large areas of San Francisco, and are led by Heavy Grillz.
History[]
The West Coast Posse were created in the 1970s by African-American ghetto children who wanted money and respect, mainly from the ghettos and slums of San Francisco. The WCP were heavily involved in the cocaine trade and the smuggling of human slaves from Mexico to California, becoming business partners with the Los Angeles Vagos. The Vagos and WCP were allied even into the 2000s, by which time the Vagos were weakened. The West Coast Posse were weakened with Heavy Grillz's arrest in 2005, and he was released in 2011. The gang has some power there, and rival the Forelli crime family, among others.
